What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

You'll receive a notification at 80% and 95% usage. If you exceed your limit, new messages may be queued until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. We never cut off active conversations.

Who owns the data?

You do. All message data, user data, and media are yours. You can export everything at any time.

How do I cancel?

You can downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
